YaleGALE is committed to sharing best practices in alumni relations in a variety of forms and formats, including providing consulting services to individual universities as described here.

The Volunteer Consulting Service Program (VCS) is designed to utilize the experience of YaleGALE participants (Yale alumni volunteers) to provide customized assistance to the alumni volunteer leaders and alumni affairs professionals of other universities. VCS consultants are available to provide coaching, consulting, and training services on a voluntary, no-fee basis during visits of three to five working days to universities that request assistance and are approved as “Host Institutions.” This is the primary way to engage YaleGALE consulting services. YaleGALE is pleased to consider all requests for consulting. For more information on the VCS program, click here.

YaleGALE Workshops. YaleGALE has fashioned single day workshops on specific topics or for an individual university. To date these consultations have been arranged when YaleGALE or Yale alumni leaders had other business in the university’s locale. However, YaleGALE is pleased to consider all requests.
