Next up was our first Feb Club in the city of Lancaster, at the Hamilton Club, on Feb. 16. Quite tony, with heavy hors d’oeuvres featuring the chef’s take on numerous different ways to serve beef (roast, dipped, tartare, marrow-on-toast, etc.). Thanks to Trexler Proffitt ’89 and Henry Yaeger ’99 MBA for hosting – especially Henry, a member of the Hamilton Club for suggesting and enabling the venue.

The next week was Feb Club in State College at the Happy Valley Brewing Company. Thanks to Roger Herman ’63 PhD and Rebecca Vollmer ’92 for hosting. The weather on Feb. 23 was a balmy 72 degrees, and the gathering was just as hospitable.

Another spring-like day. Though the roses in the Hershey Rose Garden were not yet blooming, the circular dining room was elegant as ever.
